It is the machine where the husk of the dried bulgur (bran) is peeled. Peeling is carried out with special alloy grinding wheels on the vertical shaft.
The peeling process is performed by rubbing of bulgur in a circular motion with gravity force which it was passed between the sieve system and grinding wheels where layered on the shaft. So that, bran and sublayer of bran are become peeled. During the peeling process, the bran is seperated from the bulgur by vacuum pressure in the machine and it is transferred to the cyclone. This wheeled husk peeler is able to make dry and wet peeling process both.
