It is the machine where the husk of the dried bulgur (bran) is peeled. The peeling process is performed by the helical-designed wedge system on the horizontal shaft. Peeling of the bran and bran sub-layers is carried out by compressing and rubbing each other of the bulgur which is moving between the wedges on the horizontal shaft and the sieve system on the outer surface. uring the peeling process, the bran is seperated from the bulgur by vacuum pressure in the machine and it is transferred to the cyclone.
